Mid term review

Seems like every one in the department is starting their mid term review. Its just about the right time for me to do a mid term review for my probation.

So 3 months later, how do I feel about where I am.
I must say that at times you feel lost and uncertain what to do, but when you figure it out or find the solution, the feeling is just priceless. For now, I must say I'm quite grateful for having this job. 5 years ago, I was still a spoiled and whinny brat. Little did I know I would end up in one of the world's largest bank.

I'm a bit sad that one of my batch mate left the bank in favour of another bank. Can't judge whether it is a good or bad move, but the way I see it as long as you're still curious and having difficulty closing that chapter, no harm trying it when you're still young and fresh. It a time when you're full of energy to a fall a couple of times and still have the strength to carry on
